Shiraz
Entrance to Shiraz
The Heartland of IRAN and capital of Fars which gave its name to the Persian language: Farsi.  City of historical monuments, poets and philosophers, warriors and monarchs, orchards, orangeries, roses, Adonis’s and fragrant blossoms, in southern IRAN.  Nearly 8 kilometers long uninterrupted rose gardens are what connects the airport to Shiraz.

The warmth and passion of people match the delightful and exhilarating  seasons of this magnificent city.  Parks with beautiful trees and long wide shady avenues leading from one end to another end of town, apart from being on incitement to leisurely wanderings during siesta time have always lured famous scholars and travelers to visit Shiraz.

“The visitor forget his/her homeland when in May he/she comes to Shiraz” - Sa’di
