All potential homes and others interested in purchasing or adopting a Great Dane from our kennel MUST complete the following questionnaire as first step to being considered for one of our puppies.

Thank you for your interest in acquiring a Great Dane Puppy from Shades of Excellence Great Danes.  Please take a few minutes to fill out the following form to help us be assured that our puppies will be going to good homes.  These questions are not meant to be judgmental in any way, so please feel free to be candid in your responses.
